Is HAYAWAZA Lite really free?

Yes. HAYAWAZA Lite is free to download and use. You only need to register an account to receive your license number for activation.

What do I need to run HAYAWAZA Lite?

HAYAWAZA Lite runs on Windows 10 / 11 and requires Microsoft Office (32-bit or 64-bit) required — download the installer that matches your Office bitness. It generates IIF import files for QuickBooks Desktop 2015 (other Desktop versions under verification).

Managing Licenses for Your Organization

If you want to manage HAYAWAZA Lite licenses centrally for your team or company, you can use an organization license. With an organization license, an administrator invites members by email and manages activation from a dedicated management portal. Here is how to get started.

How do we set up an organization license?
  1. Submit a request. Send us a request through the contact form, letting us know you would like to manage licenses for your organization.
  2. Receive your portal details. Our customer support team updates your account status and emails you the URL of the management portal along with a login password.
  3. Invite your members. The organization administrator signs in to the management portal and invites members by their email address.
  4. Members activate. Each invited member activates the organization license as described below.
I already use HAYAWAZA Lite with this email address. How do I switch to the organization license?

If the email address you were invited with is already registered as a HAYAWAZA Lite user, the option to switch to the organization license appears automatically the next time you launch the application. Just confirm the switch — no license number entry is required.

I'm a new user. How do I activate the organization license?

If your invited email address is not yet registered as a HAYAWAZA Lite user, enter the organization license number to activate. The license number is provided by your organization administrator.

Can I activate an organization license without an invitation?

No. Activation against an organization is only possible for email addresses that have been invited by the organization administrator. Whether you are an existing user or a new user, you cannot activate the organization license unless you have been invited.
